Booking Policy
1. Party and Private Play Sessions: - Birthday parties are available for booking at either 10:00 AM or 4:00 PM. - Private Play is available upon request from Monday to Thursday, with sessions options for 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. 2. **Amenities Included:** - Both services provide room rental, tables, child-sized chairs, a sound system, and in-house activities. 3. **Decoration Setup (Birthday Parties Only):** - Clients may arrive two hours early to decorate the space for birthday parties. Please note that decorations are to be supplied by the client. 4. **Exclusions:** - Private Play sessions are not available on public holidays. 5. **Final Bookings:** - All reservations for both Birthday Parties and Private Play are final and non-refundable. Cancellations are not accepted. 6. **Reservation of Rights:** - We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
